This year, Abertay University is proud to be hosting the first international joint conference of DiGRA and FDG. These two organisations are renowned in the academic world of games studies and development and their annual conference will be happening right here in Dundee. That means there will be lots of interesting international speakers, cool games related events and a great deal of networking happening from Monday 1st August to Friday 5th August.
To help to support the conference and it’s calendar of social events, we are in need of some volunteers to help welcome guests, direct attendees, support technology set-up and help everything really to run super smoothly. If you’d be interested in helping out with this conference, we would need commitment of your time. In return, volunteers will be able to attend the conference and/or the social events/networking on the days they are able to help out, will be provided with food and refreshments throughout, and will have our gratitude and appreciation – volunteers get a free t-shirt ☺
