GDC is fast approaching and this year’s IGDA Scholarships recipients and IGDA Foundation Women in Games Ambassadors have been revealed! We are very excited by the continued success of Scottish students and would like to take this opportunity to congratulate them all!
This year we have 3 students representing Scotland at GDC 2016 across these two programmes, who will each receive All-Access Passes and other benefits – including industry mentors, local studio tours and a travel stipend.
Congratulations to our IGDA Scholars: Andrew Reid, who is currently pursuing his PhD at Glasgow Caledonian University, and Divij Sood who is a Computer Games Application Development student at Abertay University.
We’d also like to congratulate Caitlin Goodale – who is currently completing her final year of Computer Arts at Abertay University – on being selected as an IGDA Foundation Women in Games Ambassador following her previous IGDA Scholarship to GDC 2014.
We hope all of you can make the most of this fantastic opportunity and we can’t wait to find out about your experiences!
